We are open from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Saturdays are appointment only and on Sundays, our office is closed. Members will always have 24-hour access.

It's a big gray building with a large parking lot across the street from Taco Bell, near Dollar Tree.

Once you're a member, you are given a code unique to you. We also scan your fingerprint for even easier access. If you are a member, simply place your finger on our scanner outside, and the door will unlock. All non-members will need to come in during office hours or have an appointment.
Yes, we offer Burn Body Bootcamp, which is a class that does a little bit of everything. They meet most days and have lots of fun~ Check out our class schedule!
